There is actually a nicer way to end the weave. Do the last weave but leave a little loop at your las working string (left or right, whatever would be the last). Then start a new weave but just on one side, then pull the cord thru the loop you left earlier. Kinda hard to explain but that way you have a really nice finish, plus both cord ends can be synged on the backside, giving the weave a perfect look.

could you make a video or two using paracord with the core removed, I don't always like the bulk of regular cord (very small wrist) and not all weaves work without the core...something to ponder. This one is excellent, by the way, without the core.

My question is where do you get your paracord from and should I get a jig board or do it free hand like you? I wear mine every day. Please get back to me when receive this. GREAT video. Thank You.

So, "tightly" ended up being the operative concept for me. Like I said, the knot kept coming undone. Eventually I used pliers to pull on the ends and that got it tight enough to stay knotted.
