How ? He has delt with multiple pending litigation and has delivered judgement which were reasoned . Just because they weren’t to your liking doesn’t mean they’re ridiculous. Lawyer like Dave are known turncoats who themselves have no credibility. All they’re good at is to throw mud at the very institution that feeds them. The moment a judge doesn’t give a judgment to his liking , he starts deprecating them like his own view is correct. He knows well that judges have their limitations and they can’t always be adventurous. There is a concept called separation of power.

Cji chandrachur is not an intellectual and calibrated judge for the post of chief justice. Collegium system has made great damage of this judicial system and the nation. We need to have judges of the competency and judicially upgraded knowledge. Competitive exams should be taken through National Judicial Commission , for the appointment of judges in the high er and lower judiciary.
