I do not agree with ur thought.i also belong to bundelkhand...facing water scarcity.....benefit hi hona....for example...arjun sahayak irrigation project complete hone ke bad...in my home town and many village getting water for crops........bat to yahi hai...barish ka extra pani jo bharne bad wala transfer karna...
