Justice Markandey Katju can be considered as the rarest of rare CJI, it was the misfortune of the country that we could not have him as the CJI of the Supreme Court. You cannot expect the PM who was formerly a chaiwala to have the wisdom and principles of Justice Katju of not attending public functions like the Ganesh puja at former CJI Chandrachud 's residence. I expected you to inquire with Justice Katju the burning issue of having EVM system of voting which is being rigorously manipulated to favour a certain political party. Whether ballot paper system of voting should be put into practice for all future elections.

Let the people know what is happening in Courts, after all it is their case what is being deliberated and discussed and why it should be hidden from them.
