The preamble of our constitution says that we the people of India, it means that the Constitution of India derive it's authority from the people of Republic of India. We the people of India give mandate to Government to rule and make rules and regulations for the proper functioning of this nation. We give this mandate by choosing our representative in the election which is conducted by Election Commission of India for Members of the House of People ie Lok Sabka and Members of Legislative Assembly ie Vidhan Sabha, and the party which get majority forms the government. So in this democratic form of government, we the people of India elect our representative who ultimately forms government. So by saying that government me baithe anpadh jahil you are indirectly saying that the citizens of India are anpadh and jahil, because ultimately they elect these representatives. You should feel guilty for that. This is not at all appropriate language and not at all acceptable. You can criticize a minister, a leader for their act but can't say that government me baithe anpadh and jahil. I condemn this type of language.
