After all,progress of these segments means progress of our nation. Sir please also take the issue for debate whether a reference can be made by the president of india under article 143 of constitution of india seeking opinion of supreme court as to whether election can be conducted by ballot papers instead of evm on public demand/ political parties. the biggest obstacle to dalit empowerment through caste based reservation are the entitled dalits themselves . These entitled dalits have systematically cornered the blue collared jobs to their family and have systematically excluded the other dalits from getting fair opportunity. How many dalits have cornered these reservation opportunities must be matter of research . This is actual nepotism practiced by Entitled dalits personified by IAS , Doctor, Class 1 Officers who have passed on the benefits to their entitled children while keeping the real dalits systematically out of opportunity . Creamy Layer must come in Dalit Caste based reservations. Till the time reservation is not made more inclusive , this caste based animosity will continue .
