I'm so glad you've uploaded again. I found your channel during this unusual time and the atmosphere is so peaceful, the attention to detail itself would demand more subscribers. At least once every couple of days I daydream about my future home where I'll definitely build such an oven. More fish and other vegetarian recipes would be nice, but it's clear you make them out of pure passion so I enjoy every recipe. Stay safe and keep making videos, even if not often, less is more...

I built my oven before I found you, but you are a great source for inspiration. 'Fougasse' - without a doubt - comes from the Italian word 'Focaccia' -- let's never forget that the woodfired oven ('forno a legna') is definitely a thing made important by Italian cuisine. The French are really (just) piggybackers. They are really good at that, yes! But Italy is where it's at with woodfired oven cooking, no doubt about it whatsoever.
