When getting into SB19, I usually don't recommend MVs since people tend to compare these to the K-Pop standard, and that can sometimes impede a fair assessment of the talents overflowing in this group. Instead I highly recommend that you first check out Dance Practice/ Full Choreography videos to their bop tunes GO UP, ALAB, LOVE GOES, WHAT (original and soldier versions). To appreciate their emotive vocals, watch their live performances of the songs TILALUHA (on the TM Pusuan Love Show), HANGGANG SA HULI, IKAKO (both on the Wish Bus) and the massive hit MAPA (on Kalayaan 2021). @@saiyongdawn7756 tbh the many who are into K-Pop were lured by their slick MVs while early MVs of SB19 kinda sold them short. They're missing in Tilaluha and HSH, almost unrecognizeable in Go Up and Alab (WHAT is the exception, and HSH Jeju)...sadly they even got bashed off the visuals served in these. I've actually heard people say "yuck, baduy, anlabo, walang dating, etc". However it's the opposite when they are presented with dance practices and live vocals. WOW agad! When they become fans, that's when we hit them up with the MVs...

Come to think of it, since they speak good English I think that's one thing that sets them apart from Kpop. I mean, I know some Kpop groups have members that speaks English but you can never go wrong with Filipino English since we have the most neutral accent in Asia. This is pre-recorded because it was during pandemic. I think having a good pronunciation is always good when singing a different language so people will understand: otherwise, it will just sound like a mumble and confuse the listener. You may want to check out their new song Bazinga but it only has a lyric video for now. It's almost all english song. They're always good in live performances and I hope you can watch their performances. They trained for 3 years under a Korean event company base in the Philippines. They're a very humble group and always interact with A'tin in Twitter, especially Josh. Thanks for reacting again.

3:43 I agree 110% SB19 covered songs before in Spanish, Korean and Chinese. They used to cover Korean songs and dances and there were very good at it. Spanish, it's given fact this language is easier for Filipinos to learn. The Chinese, they talked about this in an interview it was so funny and sad at the same time because they said they were experiencing mental breakdown because they have to memorize the Chinese lyrics in a short span of time. And I'm sure they pulled it off like a pro because their work ethics are just impeccable.

You're so right. They're people you can easily vibe with when you see them walk along the streets. Some fans posted photos of them meeting a member in a street, a mall, or a store and they were really approachable. A lot of people became a fan not just because of their talents but also because of their personality as seen on the interviews and in their vlogs.

SB19 is under a South Korean company and trained with the South Korean method. They were trainees for around 3-4 years before they did their debut. They did live performances in mall tours and concerts before the pandemic.

Hi Josh, first of all your background is fine, I actually like it, it's so cool, been watching you for like for 2 years now eversince you reacted to other Filipino artists/singers and I'm so glad that you finally reacted to SB19. Not to brag but SB19 is really successful now, in span of 3 years (debut 2018) they have achieved so much, in fact right now, they have a big Fandom called A'tin (both Philippines and International) they're globally kind of famous now, they just had their Pepsi commercial posted shown in NYC last week, they're the Philippines pride having made the very first( historic for the Philippines) Filipino artist to be nominated in Billboard Music Awards monts ago, alongside BTS, Ariana Grande etc. They're super talented, 5 amazing singers and dancers, they write/compose all their songs and choreograph their dance moves on their own too, even though they're on their way to global success (just won Myx Global, 3 major awards and continue topping the charts) they're still humble and always appreciate their fans (A'tin), they even made an appreciation song about them, it's SLMT song, they also just had their 2nd major concert 2 weeks ago (back in the zone) it was a hit( highest selling concert of ktx.ph to date) so they decided to do a replay of their concert for those who missed watching them for half the price, like $11 GA only, I think, it's going to be on Aug 22nd or Aug 21st for the US fans, so yeah, it's still pandemic but when this it's over, the boys are ready to start touring outside the country. Btw, the members names are Pablo, the leader (writer/composer, rapper, singer, rapper, dancer) STELL (my bias and actually the most handsome and has manly sexy body according to many fans who've seen them all, the camera just don't do justice of his real visual), he is their main vocal/ heavenly voice (possessing such high notes all the time), he is also the group's choreographer (made amazing dance moves in songs What, Go Up, Alab, SLMT, etc.) that's why he is so great in dancing too, he is the one that's always in the middle in the Go Up Song, with white blazer and white see through sando top. The other member is Ken, main dancer, singer (with nice lower register voice), Josh, singer, rapper and dancer, last member is Justin, singer, dancer and the group's creative director for their music videos, they're all super talented, humble and good looking young men that are worth to Stan, thank you very much for your reaction. May I suggest you react next to their best ballad, love song called "Tilaluha in TM Pusuan Love Show", or the upbeat song "Go Up Dance Practice" or "Alab Dance Practice " thanks again and will just wait for your next reaction.🥰🍓🍓🍓

This is pre-recorded (they even have a behind the scenes of this in their official yt channel). The concept for Love Goes is "dark/demon" while the concept for Go Up is "angel". They've undergone 3-4 years training, They've been to many events like Christmas parties, they have sang Chinese songs, Korean songs. They've been exposed to a lot of difficulties and sacrifices. Yeah, they are different because they have given the freedom by SBT to show their creativity as an artist individually and as a group. Even the creative director of their WHAT? MV and their BITZ concert was their youngest member Justin, that's how much freedom SBT has given SB19..

I just want to say I already saw them 3 times live and they are better at live performances... Whatever you are seeing right now, is way more bone chilling hair raising goosebump building experience. I might be exaggerating but thats how I felt and back then they only have a few songs so they been repeating performances but they always make things like its your first time seeing them.
