im sure both that and the falcon has been much easier the send time around its like building spoked wheels i bet you wont have a issue this time with the body mating either itll be very interesting what the stock version without the mods will look like after its done

I sold my completed DeLorean earlier this year. I loved building it, even when Eaglemoss started missing shipments (for months) and skipping issues. Hopefully, Fanhome will get around to fixing the major issues and Flux Capacitor sometime in the future (ha).

I really hope this comes round again. With the takeover of the Eaglemoss customer database it felt like several models all came out at once, and I just couldn't afford to do this one one the 2nd run. I really really hope it gets a third. I see the US has it now as a new entry on the Fanhome US site.

Wayne, I think you should tweak a little thing before other stages are added preventing that: check the steering wheel, it's not straight when the front wheels are.

I'm still waiting on my first 2 issues books so I can start building. They told me last week I would get it in a couple days and they shipped it the start of the week last week but didn't till Wednesday so still waiting on mine to start it.

I had a lot of trouble a few years ago when I mounted this car. A lot of defects in the parts. I hope these parts are not the same (i suspect this)!

Hiya Wayne I'm just wandering if you or fellow modellers have a fix for the Delorean wing doods? I have had my Delorean displayed with the drivers door open using that stupid black plastic block ! At the weekend the door was dropping a little as I took a look the little black hinge broke! 😔😔😔 ! It looks like the weight of the door as took its toll on the little hinge over time! Now I have super glued the hinge in place and got my fingers crossed it stays put! Now I'm looking at an alternative way to hold the door open which dosent put a strain on the hjnges! I'm thinking a thin clear plastic rod to put inside the car from floorpan to the door ?? But any other solutions would be appreciated ! Else it's going to have to be displayed with closed doors!!! Much appreciate any help! 🙏👍

I.only ever used the black wedge. I don't think the instructions said what to do with it.

Yeah Wayne that's what I have been using ! But like I said the weight of the door must have put stress on the hinge and snapped it! The super glue as worked but until.I find a better solution of holding up the door it's going to stay closed !👍👍 ! Keep up the great work ! I got my eye on the Darth Vader build when it releases, until then 3 more packs for Ecto -1 and 1966 batmobile!👍👍

I got suckered into this kit. I am stuck with a partial kit with no way of completing the car. Eaglemoss should have no protection from being taken to court. I put a lot of money into this and I am angered to my core from being ripped off by this company. I want the rest of the cat or I want double my money back. I want retribution.
