As an OG fan myself, I used to refer to Mulder as “Smulder” because of his smoldering good looks, of course. I personally think Smulder is the best ship name around. Very accurate considering their long, slow burn.

Hearing the epic music over the top, i just can’t get over how badly the romance was handled. It was so obvious to all of us but the writers just seemed to have such an aversion to it and did everything they could to spoil it. I’m still upset about it even 25 years later.

IMO the writers did the right thing regarding their romance. We are still talking about it 30 years later! They didn't give us another "Moon Lighting" they gave us a tidbit every week and kept us coming back for more. We can complain about it and yes, I guess they could have given us a heated make out scene even for 2 seconds or something close to that but then where would our imaginations be? I was happy in the last scene of season 11 they were both still alive and Scully was pregnant. Yea I know she was a bit older BUT the series was built around second chances and extreme possibilities. I'll take that any day and let my imagination run with the rest of it.

Как же все трогательно для меня все знакомые кадры, это что-то вспоминаешь, смотришь на них, как будто смотришь заново сериал, а так все остаётся в памяти, это надолго останется в памяти и с уважением отношусь ко всем, кто снимался? Так же крысу, вот который создал этот сериал, это огромный был сериал "большая перспектива", надолго все это останется в нашей памяти Бо точно, что невозможно оторвать взгляд и вспоминать эти моменты, это просто супер моменты они везде. Эти моменты романтической жизни, и все такое-это просто выпускалась, просто я не могла понять, где романтика у них, где у них дружба, где у них просто беседа друг с другом поссориться, то бывает. Так что у них ничего бывает такие моменты, что они пытаются, как бы признаться друг другу в любви и таким способом со мной до этоолеп-это что-то.

I agree, the kiss in Season 8 was awesome. I would have liked if the XFiles ended like this. Mulder and Scully in love, happy and with their baby, like a family
