Captain Shack, I am happy to report that the N-1 Naboo starfighter is a top tier. It is more than a match for any Imperial fighter... heck testing has shown that it out flies the A-wing and stands toe-to-toe with any craft in our own fleet.

I love the idea of the Rebel Alliance amassing a massive armada for an assault on the core worlds. Not to mention having a Mandator Star Dreadnought as it's flagship, just imagine those campaign posters! Captain Shack, I believe that, for story purposes, you should be recognized as a hero to the Rebellion and be given permanent command over the aforementioned dreadnought. Throughout the campaign you have held the alliance together and stayed true to it's core principles. Now, I am not saying that you leave the Liberation, but some extra muscle following the Lib around would also ensure the integrity of the long-standing first-person narrative that you have been employing. Please, if people agree with this, then like so that Shack can see. Edit: Also, the Venator and the Mandator designs both originated from the mid-late Clone Wars era. It would be cool to have a 'Throwback Thursday' fleet.

You know, your comment about the B-wing looking like a nightmare to fly is actually accurate to the lore, at least in legends. They were really powerful, but difficult to fly because of their weird cockpit. They also had so many weapons that pilot's found them difficult to manage.

Shack, one tactic that I use in space station defence is i take my fighters around a vulnurable side of a star destroyer, use s foils for speed, smash the engines of one sd so it slows down, then u only worry about 1 ship at a time. Then, dont directly engage but get your fighters to fire torpedoes, run, fire torpedoes, run, then regroup at the station to make a last stand. Basically, never attack without having effective torpedoes ready to fire on the sd. Remember, your fighters have the speed and firepower, use it.

Something that might give you an edge in the larger battles is, heroes that are used as a pathfinder don’t use any pop in a battle, if you bring in ackbar at the beginning of battles, that’ll enable you to bring in more capital ships, how about that for some rebel tactics

I was playing an empire campaign of this and had a lot of fun for about eight hours before my save corrupted. At one point, the rebels hit me with 10 quasars and supporting mon-cals, where I only had two upgraded Ton-Faulks, a star destroyer, and a Golan I station. Thought I was a goner, but I managed to sneak my bombers around the back and backstab out quasars and engines, eventually forcing a rebel retreat. Great fun!

For the ZHAR MISSION you need to grab the no portrait unit over rodia and send him to zhar also please blow up the fleet in orbit of onderon they are bothering the rebels on Dxun but on that note here is the spy report. Key systems to take 1. Sullest Ability to take high with a few sabotuers you can easily lockdown the imp base dont try space though it would be unnecessary death 2. Mandalore Strike their and then the Black sun would be on the run space would be diffucult and land also but it seems the clans are against all sides in the war 3. Fondor We need the orbit to stop the black sun in their tracks for those sectors and couple that with geonosis and the southern rim is future rebel territory 4. Coursant my spys are currenty spread too thin with bothwui spy center gone but i recommend that we get a new spy center and the new training place is still getting new guys so land and orbit takeabilite is unknown But the capital being taken would be detramental for their moral and blossom ours 5. Coreilia takeing it will be bad but with that empire will be mad. 6. Ilum whelp dont got much on the iceball except that is crwling with mercs going to send a recon team to see about all the good stuff but usually i woudnt put this in the report but i heard your from there and the ebon hawk needs a new ice box also Luke wants to build the new jedi order there dont know what to think about that so shack imperal dog eckharts send any worlds you want info on Night out

Now that Naboo is a part of the Rebellion, it would be wise and suiting that some N-1 squads stay with the Rebel fleet while a large group of N-1s stay on Naboo. Because it seems logical that Naboo would help defend itself against Imperial attack. Also, check for any special ground buildings and troops you can build at Naboo.

Hey Shack. Quality of Life comment here. I see you're always clicking and dragging to select all of your units, but you sometimes miss some in the selection. As in some units aren't selected. There's a limit to how many you can select this way. You should use "Ctrl+A" when you want ALL your units. This won't miss any when selecting them.

Also, if I have my lore correct, the x-wings were originally being developed by the Empire through a company contractor. Unfortunately to the Empire, the company contractor sympathized with the Rebellion and secretly aided the Rebellion to steel those starfights.

It seems rather dangerous to leave Sullest alone in your rear area. It is a capital ship yard and I don't think you want some ISDs popping up and rampaging the rim while you are focused on the core. At the very least, I suggest taking out the orbitals and blockading it. Also, if I remember right from a previous raid, Corellia has a anti-ship cannon (hypervelocity cannon?) on the surface. I would guess that is true for many of the core worlds. Since you can't rebuild your tech 3 ships yet, would it be worthwhile to send in some commandos to raid the surface and attempt to destroy the cannon before committing to a fleet flight? At least thoroughly scout the system, space and ground, before committing to any action.

Hey Shack the Black Sun is using stealth units to bypass all of your space stations to hit you in the rear, its the same type of strike you can do with say Han Solo and a few units, they can slip past all space stations and hit the ground to attack, this is the special attack move that only the Rebels have in the original game

The invisible unit on Rodia is the hero Ace. He is the one the mission is asking to send to Zhar. i did this mission the other day, it is a simple follow a empire convoy of freighters. your ship is a YT-1300 you keep close to another YT-1300 all the way to a station then a boarding action happens while you wait, then a Lamba shuttle becomes available. You then grab both and go to a designated point before they catch you or destroy the ship. once you are at the point hit the retreat button. There is a text story/mission as you go.

Shack, you were supposed to assault Sullust and THEN go for the Core Worlds. But now that you're down that rabbit hole I would advise taking Cato Nemoidia and then maybe Coreilia as you suggested. But nice battle with the fleet over Cato Nemoidia. Your best one since episode 21. You could've stuck Home One a bit longer in order to get that second Star Destroyer but oh well. But with the destruction of that fleet you may have crippled the remaining Imperial fleet. I don't see any more Star Destroyers in the remaining fleets around the Core and Deep Core Worlds. You've done such a good job whittling down their fleet with those massive victories in episode 21. Once you secure your advance into the Core Worlds might I suggest backtracking and finally taking Sullust and finally linking up the entire Rebellion with Hyperspace lanes?

When you establish the New Republic, build Defender destroyers, they can go one-on-one with most large Imperial ships

Kashyyyk is really easy to defend from the ground. Shields, turbolaser towers, barracks, factories, upgrade all to max, and just blockade the edge of the shield when the enemy bumrushes in. Fill it with anti-vehicle stuff too.

Shack, in a space station defence situation focus on hangers. You cut of the tie swarms. Then take out as many fighters as you can clean up before taking out shields then engines. Then what ever the hell you like (I suggest the heaviest guns in the fleet first,) by the time the enemy gets to your station they will have mostly crippled ships and you can take out at least a few clone wars capital ships like the venator class star destroyer or Recusant-class. By the way imperial venators have two shield hard points where all black sun venators have one making them much easier to cripple with fighters, the still both have two engines so they stand a good chance of escaping through hyperspace if the AI feels out numbered.

Take the next planet in the route from bespin, Bakura I think, it with a 3700 credit investment will get you 3 star destroyer level capital ships that have a missile focus. They can take out a shield generator hard points without hammering down the shield bar then it’s open season on what ever ship it’s targeting, also the swarm concussion missiles seem to do splash damage so targeting hanger bays or corvette with a fighter swarm surrounding it can cause major damage to the enemy’s star fighters

I know shack doesn’t like exploits so he won’t use ground based AA and sensor node combos but for anyone who might read this using Luke and Garm Bel Iblis as a team in ground battles gives you a fast and high health infantry unit to capture turret spots and a portable bunker to hide in and take out threats. If nut just use infiltrators, means you’ve got less chance of orbital support as they can be infiltrated in to take out stations but the can capture vehicles and build turrets and that’s all the fire power you need.

Also I know this is a stupid amount of typing but I’ve been trying to win a campaign without taking hero losses and I’m found loads of little combos that are quite useful especially if the right events take place. Best one I’ve had so far was two quasar bulk fire cruisers for building an ion cannon as my first quest, managed to use them along with the small fleet comprised of all the starter ships near hoth to take out 4 star destroyer, 1 venator + 3 imperial class. Then I fucked up and lost rebel one because I forgot to keep an eye on it during a hit and run attack, it lost its engines and well I restarted.

I wonder if the Empire is just sitting cossy because they are working on the Death Star II. Also, I will note that Kessel seems to be a choke point to get into The Maw (unless there are passages to it I don't know about). One could use Kessel as a small defense area to prevent sneaking (my precious) and use it to beat small enemy fleets... Well, low resources. A station there may just savice... maybe with a MC-80 and a support ship... Or only small support ships?

(Intel) if you have a ship that refuses to stop moving you can tell that ship to turn a specific direction and it usually stops right where it is and makes the turn towards wherever the arrow was pointing.

Shack, make the upgrade of your HQ in Hoth so you can make T4-B tanks, those tanks will bring you an advantage against imperial vehicles including AT-ATs, also you should train some more veteran infantry as well as more ground units, and believe me, you gonna need all the troops available to secure the core worlds, specially Coruscant

Not only have you eliminated another core world space force, but in doing so you've completely eliminated their ability to produce ISD's for now.
