Saw you on Truths stream and he instantly pulled UI haha. Nano luck back after 2 years? I would place him below AGL UI and INT Evo Vegeta in base. He is doing less damage, isnt as reliable turn one. But he IS supporting, which is a massive factor. Transformed with the right RNG he is above Beast. Tho Beast has a targeting mechanic. Against enemies the stun or seal UI is objectively better as Beast can lose his best Attacking turn in terms of damage due to a debuff effect which are very common now.
