Make this a feature, Rare. Give us underwater PvP that requires you to either be a Skeleton of a Ghost in order to queue, and for the duration of the fight it removes the ability to drown and periodically spawn hostile sharks and sirens that will attack both crews for a little added wackiness and chaos.

So I ran into a guy that's boat stayed underwater. He came up to "TDM" me and showed me where his boat was . It was so deep that if you swam down you would drown. I turned it into SoT but doubt they do anything about him. He admitted to hacking to do it. His boat would follow me around but it stayed under water and shoot at me from underneath.
