For those who don’t know and want to know the interesting premise: A groundbreaking pharmaceutical researcher dies from overwork and wakes up in the body of the boy you see in the clip. This boy is the second son of a ducal family of doctors (think a setting similar to Medieval France, but with magic) who had collapsed due to being struck by lightning. This guy, in this body, now has the ability to create and erase ANYTHING as long as he knows its atomic structure, something he knows well from being a pharmacist at the top of his game. This ability is unusual, along with other more subtle traits that suggest that he is literally the god of medicine (one of several gods in the multi-national religion, connected to magic use) inhabiting the body of this boy. That whole “god” thing-or at least his powers-is kept under wraps as much as possible while bringing modern medical understanding and knowledge to the world around him. The literal “god” level power is the reason he is so strong. It’s an interesting read that is refreshing for its take on transmigration Isekai. A blended use of pharmacology and medical knowledge, the mystery of magic and the gods and the protagonist’s connection to them, and trying to hide your abilities while also using them to improve the world. The story also tickles your interest with shocking connections as the story progresses.

First gain trust and help them, then slowly start with preparations, the consequences unknown to them, and at last, kills all. In the End the Church is a place of protection and care, that's why Church door is always open. (If it's not or has not been (In a certain place or time), then it was not a Church, but a corrupt organisation that defiled the name and symbolism Religion and Church represent.) True enough. Unfortunately, there is a belief that there's enough sad and/or weak men that the general premises of isekai would appeal to--typically that of some outcast from society that dreams of being powerful/popular/etc. and suddenly gets to be through being isekai'd. Whether or not that demographic actually exists in enough numbers to justify it is something I don't actually know, but at the very least all of them believe this is so, hence the proliferation. Some like Isekai Yakkyoku--this manga/anime/LN--IMO are better than most because it's not like the pharmacist in question is some absolute nobody that knows nothing, he just seems OP because their medicial knowledge is stuck in the middle ages of humors and such. And if you want to argue that's no better, fair enough. Some of the ones that really tell a story are some of the OGs that got anime adaptations like Mushoku Tensei or That Time I got Reincarnated as a Slime. Another one I think is good in part because we actually get to see the growth from weak to OP is So I'm a Spider, So What? Although, I speak purely on the manga adaptations of their Light Novel versions since I typically don't watch anime myself. People who like Isekai need to be the ones who stop reading all the regurgitated crap about how many different ways they can spin either being some castoff of society that becomes OP or whatever, or of whatever absurd thing you can get turned into. They aren't inherently bad ideas, they're either overused or put so much onto their premise that anything else is secondary. (There's also an issue of isekai fans not being able to properly define what an isekai is in a general sense, but.)
