Great point. MJ always got the ball. He used to miss a lot too. Any good player who got that many shots would also lead in points. Wilt changed his game otherwise he would have the highest PPG. MJ fans are basically guys who don't know much about basketball and fell for Stern's propaganda.

All of the contenders to greatest ever have more glaring deficiencies than Jordan. Jordan was clear best player on every team he was on. He was an elite offensive player and elite defender. He went 6-0 in the finals. Russell won more championships and was an elite defensive player. He was the best player on his team each time. But... he was not an elite offensive player. Kobe wasn't as athletic, didn't score as well, and wasn't the best player on his team for the 1st 3 championships. Bird lost in the finals 2x and was an average 1 on 1 defender. Magic lost in the finals 4x and was a mediocre defender. Wilt lost 4x in the finals. Shaq lost 2x in the finals and was carried by Wade in his fourth. Duncan was a good offensive player, but not a league leading offensive player. LeBron hasn't been the clear best player on his team in every championship (AD in 2020) and lost 6 finals - one of which 2011 he never should have lost. He might not have even been the best player on that team. Wade was right with him the whole season. Kareem wasn't the best player in all of his finals wins. Plus, he lost 4.

Jordan has glaring deficiencies in shooting compared to Bird. Jordan also lost 6 times before reaching a finals. He also had 5 losing seasons. Bird made the ECF without Mchale or Parish Magic made the finals without Kareem Kareem won a title without Magic, and without Magic or Oscar made the conf finals Wilt won a title without West Russell won multiple titles without Cousy LeBron made the finals without AD, Wade, or Kyrie Jordan without Pippen had 0 playoff advancement.
