Unfortunately not true. The few that cruelly abruptly broke my heart broke my heart didn’t come back and I have had friends in the same predicaments too. Also none of the sudden ends were caused by any big fight, major relationship issues either. The three were fear of commitment each time after strongly pursuing for months and getting family involved too. Some people string others along, have attachment disorders, personality disorders, mood disorders, immaturity, low emotional intelligence, aren’t actually mentally prepared enough for monogamy or marriage, and or are truly cold hearted, etc.

If they did you wrong once, they can 100% do you dirty twice thinking they've been forgiven and that they can get away with it again. What my therapy taught me was say "NO" because they're coming back to haunt you... 99% of the time on a statistical chart a cheater WILL cheat again. You deserve better. If you've been cheated on... Get as far away from that person as possible because they don't care about how you feel, they simply don't respect you and a cheater has no respect for themselves. Once a cheater always a cheater. Do not honor them a conversation and cut the head of the snake off. It isn't worth it. You don't need anybody but yourself in reality. You are a survivor and human. Embrace all the hurt, emotion and pain. This society has gone to shit, this world has gone to shit and so have half the people in it. I'm in this situation, I was partly at fault but her actions cannot be excused. Her colleague who is ' just a friend' they went to a movie and kissed while I was studying abroad. im a girl and my ex who was my hubby to be in 3 yrs broke up with me this morning saying he loves me then telling me after tht he lost feelings in me since the beginning of the yr but then say again he loves me after tht sentence then says ok he's not gonna lie he doesnt love me anymore all because he cant wait till i finish uni and become independent with him, before we left he sent me a vid of him crying n i told him tht i will wait for him and come to him in 3 yrs when i prove to my parents who is suffering financially tht i can take care of myself, them and my hubby even tho he said tht if i do come in 3 yrs he isnt going to get back with me. when he broke up with me he made it sound all about him saying hes been trying to make me happy which is why he only stayed with me, he said he even thought of hurting me but he is unhappy, rn i dont get it how he could say all those things to me im unhappy and in distress, im heart-broken right now tht he left me after telling me he will never break up with me again (before this relationship he broke up with me with no reason) and tht im the only woman he will love but there he broke all the trust i had in him when he told me to put all my trust blindly into him. i love him so much n i dont know how he feels because he say he dont love me and he was extremely mean to me when he broke up with me this morning but in tht vid he sent he was crying which felt like he still loves me but hes being extremely stubborn saying tht he hopes i find a better man tht can make me happy when all this time he was the man tht i gave my viginity to, my love and devotion to him coz he made me happy n i knew tht he was the man i wanted by my side as my and as the father of my future kids. this hurts so much im waiting for him to return to me but im also scared wht if he returns then dumps me again i love him so much at the point i was willing to get disown from my fam but idk anymore he just cant be bothered and he is too worried about himself. i miss him and i really hope when he or i return to each other tht he will accept me with open arms again and sort himself out because ik its hurting him but he doesnt realise tht he hurt me right now alot, hes very impatient n wants to rush everything when we cant even support ourselves because we dont have yet a proper education and a job, he said before that he wanted to give me all this but now he went back on his words, all of tht promises he made to me he threw it all away for no reason n left me and calls himself still loyal and faithful when he is the one who dumped for for the 2nd time when i have been loyal and faithful all this time trying to keep us both n our fams happy. pls can anyone tell me wht am i doing wrong and help advise me in this situation i really dont know what am i doing with my life because he was my everything.
