hey man like the content surprised you're not bigger. editing is top tier, can I ask what program you're using to make the graphics and animations? Thanks !

Thanks 🙏 I really appreciate that!! So I hired and editor to handle the graphic inserts like cards, board, etc…the template is a download I got from Ryan Haury on Etsy. For editing it’s a mix of FCP and Adobe.

that first KK hand call on the river for 2 x pot was so bad, lol.

I like the presentation you use, all the necessary info is on the screen and easy to review. I usually play 1/2 or 1/3 and the standard opening where I play is more like $17. This lead me to think that my games are playing more like your 2/5 games. This way of opening is making it much harder to get playable hands as I always feel short stack until I win a good pot. Anyway, always good to see how other players see the game.

Opening A9o in the cutoff is far more marginal than you might think. Of course it's not bad, particularly if the blinds are weak, but after rake it's close to breakeven.
@jonathansykes4986
@jonathansykes4986 2 ай бұрын
Opening A9o in CO to a 3x raise 100bb deep with 10% rake is +0.04bb in solver land. You're leaving a good amount of money on the table folding this hand since no one plays perfectly correct when you open. Unless you are incinerating money post-flop but then you have to work on your post-flop skills.

what kind of pseudo science is this? It's like every tube commenter is a poker pro, opening a9 is totally fine especially at these stakes. opening any 2 against weaker players in position is going to be +ev, just exploit on later streets

AsJd @13:05 is a check. that being said, if you fire flop, you have to fire turn 100% with AJ. river prefers a check.

yeah fold the JJ hand @12:27. Flop is.. rough honestly. I guess peeling is okay but honestly it just seems best to fold. river, as you know, is a torch. this is why i prefer folding flop because even if the board runs clean, do we really want to call another bet multi-way?
@panicpoker
@panicpoker 2 ай бұрын
Yep, not very likely vilian is bluffing into three opponents. lol fold on the River and probably could just fold flop.

AdJd @14:45 yeah you can 3-bet. call is also fine. also call is also fine with any hand that is not QQ+/AKs that you continue with here.

I like 3betting because it will more than likely result in a heads up pot. I’ve been thinking about taking more 3bet or fold strategy preflop. When I flat, one or both of the blinds end up callling or we end up seeing a squeeze from one of the blinds. Just makes things harder.
@jonathansykes4986
@jonathansykes4986 2 ай бұрын
@@panicpoker you don't need to always 3-bet or fold. also squeeze from the blinds is.. not a thing really.. and poker is hard.

That's not true, depends a lot on the board and how the players styles work. Though it's true how it's less likely with two callers.

I liked your video but could not watch the entire video because of the background sound
@panicpoker
@panicpoker 2 ай бұрын
Background sound? You mean the casino sound? I purposefully leave that in to create a more natural experience i.e. it’s like being at the table. I do turn it down to negative 20db when editing to make it more of background/ambient noise. If it’s still too loud and an annoyance I can rethink it. Maybe put some background music on during voice over?

You should consider saying “Xxx rainbow” or “Ace-3, two clubs and a diamond” rather then repeat the suits. Sorta annoying to listen to every flop.
