The Duke and Duchess of Sussex’s Archewell Foundation has been listed as “delinquent” by California’s Registry of Charities and Fundraisers for failing to submit annual records.
A delinquency notice letter was sent to the charity earlier on May 3 saying the foundation is “listed as delinquent” for “failing to submit required annual report(s) and/or renewal fees”.

They have also committed fraud in Nigeria. They were made aware of the Archewell status before they went to Africa. Archewell is Frozen, no ins, no outs, no new business - nothing is allowed to move until it is sorted out. Knowing this, Harry & Meghan went ahead and entered Archewell into a new partnership with a Nigerian charity whilst on this trip, while their charity was frozen and any new business was forbidden. This is fraud. They were bound by law to inform the Nigerian charity that theirs was delinquent and not in good standing until further notice….

I wonder if they became delinquent on purpose? Once delinquent, they couldn’t disperse any funds to charity. They got to hold on to the loot and collect interest on it. They need to turn in their information for the year to determine what the fee will be. It’s based on a a percent taken in. They’re a public charity, not a NFP. They are lying when they say the check was mailed and lost. How do they know the amount until the government tells them what they owe. They were contacted February 2023 and still haven’t sent the info. Lot’s of shadiness.

The delinquent notice was dated 3rd May 2023 ....May last year !!!!....cheque got lost in the mail !!!! Everything is internet banking ....cheques were out dated years ago
