I've had to pull away and detach a bit, not because they did anything "wrong", but because I was getting more concerned about my own behavior. Being stuck in limerence is not fun. It's emotionally exhausting and kind of stressful after a while. And since my episodes can last for years, literally keeping me stuck in dysfunctional behavior, I finally realized I need to chill, and work more on myself. I can be kind of a spaz sometimes when I get too intense about things, or over someone. I sabotage myself over and over again. So, more self help, more self work, for the rest of the year. I'm working on issues with the new place too, so that's the other goal. But at least that's a fun goal. I'm stressed but happy about that. And I found some astrology books at a store near our new place, so that was kind of a good sign to me. 💗
