Hi, this is a compilation of my 3 favorite broccoli recipes! They are so delicious and very easy to make. These 3 broccoli recipes make my kids never get tired of eating broccoli! Easy lunch, or dinner broccoli recipes that you and your family will love! So delicious and creative dinner or lunch recipes with egg, beef, tomato, cheese, avocado, cauliflower, shrimps, and broccoli! I hope everyone likes these 3 broccoli recipes and makes them!

250g Broccoli
Hot water
Soak for 5 minutes
After 5 minutes
Cut into small pieces
3 Eggs
Salt
Black pepper
Mix well
20g Green onion
1/2 Onion
20g Mozzarella cheese (optional)
Salt and black pepper
Mix well
Medium heat
Olive oil
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Flip over and fry for another 2 minutes
Add some olive oil
Done !

220g Cauliflower
Water
A bit of oil
A pinch of salt
Cook for 3 minutes on medium heat
Medium heat
Olive oil
1 Onion
Fry for about 2 minutes
150g Bell pepper
Black pepper
Salt
Paprika
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (optional)
4 Eggs
100g Heavy cream
4tbsp All purpose flour
20g Chopped green onion
Salt and black pepper
Mix well
80g Mozzarella cheese
Bake for 35-40 minutes ant 356°F/180°C
4tbsp Greek yogurt
2tbsp Mayonnaise
15g Chopped parsley or cilantro
3 cloves of Garlic
Salt
Mix well
Done!

1tbsp Salt
Wash and soak for 10 minutes
150g Shrimps
Salt
Black pepper
1/2tsp Cooking wine
Mix and set aside for 15 minutes
1 Green onion
4 Cloves of garlic
1tbsp Soy sauce
Sesame oil
1tsp Corn starch
1/4cup Water
Salt
A pinch of crushed red pepper
Mix well
Water
1tsp Oil
1tsp Salt
Cook for 2-3 minutes
Vegetable oil
150g Mushroom
Cook for 3-5 minutes
Cook for 1 minute
Done !

Tip: when chopping/mincing garlic ALWAYS put a big knife (heel end) on top of clove. Smash it. This makes the squished piece so much easier to mince! TIP 2. Next time you’re cutting an onion put a metal spoon (the smaller the better ) in your mouth. I swear you will NOT CRY NOR WILL YOUR EYES STING! Something about the compound/amino acids of the onion are absorbed by metal. It really works! (If you have a Demitasse spoon you won’t gag )

I was attracted to your thumbnail picture which looks like a delicious vegetable salad! Too bad the recipes all have eggs and cheese in them except for the last one. Did you know 60% of the calories in eggs come from fat? I liked some of your broccoli cooking methods - especially the one where you simply let the raw broccoli sit in hot water for 5 minutes to soften it. I think I'm going to have to start doing that.
