They Banish him from Earth but HULK becomes the King of a Lost Planet & finds True Love

Hulk leads a raid on the Red King's capital, culminating in a one-on-one battle between the two of them. The Red King is defeated, and Hulk is named the new king. He takes Caiera for his wife, and the two are able to broker peace among the various conflicts which had festered under the Red King.
Video revolves around streamlinning the climactic revolution led by Hulk against the tyrannical Red King. In the Video, I comment on how Hulk orchestrates a daring assault on the Red King's stronghold, culminating in an epic duel that topples the despotic ruler.
Further, I discuss the transformative aftermath of the Red King's defeat, as Hulk is heralded as the new monarch. The alliance and subsequent marriage between Hulk and Caiera, and their success in unifying the strife-torn factions that suffered under the Red King’s reign, are analysed greatly in the Video.

It's explained better in the comics. Going through that portal drains your natural strength. In the comics, it happened to silver surfer, he's still powerful but not nearly as strong as he normally is. That and the creatures on Sakaar are somewhat around base hulks' strength. That being said, hulk nearly one shots almost everything they throw at him.
