They can understand what they are recite. With the KITAB there are translation in many languages. Very few able to speak Arabic. Modern Arabic language is very much difference compared to the words of God ALLAH in Al Qur'an which using the Arabic language in Saudi Arabia of 1444 years ago. Surely a big difference.

Understanding the Quran requires good command of formal Arabic including قواعد النحو والصرف And an ability to read the explanations given by المفسرين For the reason or reasons the Ayat were ‘revealed’ to Muhammad. Finally if the مفسرين Took the Liberty to give an allegorical explanation or limit or expand the use of the Ayat beyond their circumstances, then one should have the ability to understand and evaluate why. I’m a native Arab with strong command of the language. I can challenge you a most of these reciter to a few verses you can’t even start to explain. Not because the Quran is rocket science, but because you will find the Ayat hand to understand or relate to common well known science

I only point this out for to benefit the listeners, the first reciter, May Allah preserve him, made a mistake in the second Ayat he recited. It should be وَمَا لَهُم بِهِۦ مِنْ عِلْمٍۖ The Brother recited وَمَا لَهُم بِهِ ذَٰلِكَ ۦ مِنْ عِلْمٍ Beautiful recitation, May Allah preserve them all and increase them in good Ameen ❤️
