He helped me with my training and believed in me even when i didn't believe in myself. Everyday I get my ass up and train. Everyday without fail. I've already had a chain of 1 month and I don't plan to break it. I've lost 10 pounds and have lost good amount of fat to the point that i don't look like shit anymore. Take responsibility for yourself, otherwise you'll always be in the loop of 'I could've done more'. DON'T WASTE ANYMORE TIME. START NOW. You gotta trust me on this. Things I would've been doing years ago but I didn't why cause I never thought I was good enough. And why, cause I never put in the work and i never thought myself as doing great things. Fix one of these things, either tell yourself all day that you can do or everyday go out there and do it. Remember, actions produce feelings just as feeling produce actions.
