WOW……Wow…..I had to read that Twice…. Thinking about how I finally @ the 7th month mark of him Discarding our 25 year marriage, I had to Go Absolute No-Contact…. I’ve learned, with family, “friends” and neighbors, that I could retaliate and hurt them best 👉🏽 by saying an doing absolutely nada. These are narcissistic types, that will take positive or negative supply. I starve them, by providing no access, total absence. When I’ve done that, if I even cross paths with them, I get to see that look in their eyes, where they just don’t know what they’re looking at. They feel I knew what they were doing, but they wonder, for how long I knew. They feel like clever, cunning Cluster Bs, who feel as if they’re lowering a weak empath into a cat of hot oil, just to wonder how they ended up, losing ground, being on the outside, looking in and, yes, 3 have died, one might be on their way to jail and it looks like another is looking for a place to live. Forgiveness requires repentance and atonement. It's not enough just to apologise. They must commit to not repeating the same mistake again(with you and others), and they must make up for it somehow, if not to you, because you already cut them out, to everyone else they have dealings with going forward. You are in no way obliged to spend your precious time and energy on people who have wronged you. As bad as I felt about everything happening, especially with my old life dissapearing in front of me back in 2020. I had enough respect for myself to walk away from the people I thought cared about me. Especially with this one girl that felt that she can treat me any way that she wanted to. I'm grateful now that we were never a couple. I'm sure to this day she wonders why I don't talk to her anymore. I wanted mutual respect and an apology, but I know I'll never get it from her. Through time I learned to accept it.

I cut ties with a person who was in my life for eight years because I felt undesired, disrespected, alone, like I was never good enough or wasn’t ever trying hard. I am at fault because I let it go on for years. Now, I haven’t been in a relationship in over two years. I live alone, don’t have many friemds or at least a close enough friend I welcome in my life, I’ve got God, my mom and sisters , my kids and my granddaughter and that’s all I want.
