I played Van Halen - Eruption for them on my old 1968 Silvertone 1448 electric guitar (made by Danelectro, sold by Sears and came with a tube valve amp built in the case). I can't tell if your complaining that he plays the songs people request, or that he doesn't but I've seen him do both. Sometimes he plays something similar instead of what is requested, sometimes he takes time to play exactly what was requested if he thinks he can, sometimes he already knows the song and sometimes he's played a song so many times that he may just again ask if it's ok to play something else/similar instead. I think his style is perfectly ok and i enjoy his videos myself, but to each their own i guess.
