The reason you werent flinging people with the boxy buster at 2 is because probably when you hit one body part and get a kill it launches that body part, and all of the output energy was put into the head and not the rest of the body.

seems like the bad ragdolls are from it breaking the bones (connection of body parts) on the character? Bones can break if the connected body parts separate either from a teleport or very fast movement. The name for the connection might be wrong I havent touched studio in a bit but I am at least confident on their properties. This could be fixed by some kind of slider, I dont remember if its labelled force or strength, or if it was even a true/false breakable property. a possible fix is scaling the bones connection force/strength to scale with the "fun" slider I dont know whats intentional and whats not in phantom forces, havent played it in a while, for all I know flying heads could be intentional but based on memory that doesnt seem intentional.
