Those are different coz Garmadon and Lloyd were able to turn Oni coz they're both part Oni and Dragons so they're hybrids, and Kai, Cole, Jay and Zane were able to go Dragon Form coz they did a spinjitzu thing, Oni dont hav an Oni form coz they're full blooded Oni and same thing with Dragons, I doubt the Dragonians would have dragon forms since they are a dragon like species

I think that the first born made the dragoninas but the dragonians was rejected by the dragons so they evolved into the hunters, but some dragonians didn't, and thats why the hunters hated the dragons at first. make sense I think 🤔
