I had a “best friend” for about 18 years that literally copies me from my image, to the way I talk, to the way I dress, to my jokes, to trying to befriend everyone I know. (one copied my ideas, repeated my stuff like my art collages and photos) It was bizarre, had to block them and not let them see my social media anymore, I even went off it to get away from these leeches, to deny them access to my fountain of genius/creativity to siphon from :DDD) but I couldn't/can't figure out why they were doing it or if they were even consious of it. these were people who I think may have felt rejected as well even though I didn't reject them just was cautious about their behaviors and had boundaries then they started this copy/hating stuff. so weird

One of the funny things about those who don't know they are covert narcissists, is some wonder what that one thing they said or did was. i’ve had weird scenarios where my ex partners current girlfriend’s have entered the relationship looking completely different, and then after finding out about me, have completely mimicked my appearance and even clothing to the point where it would look like my ex is stood next to me in pictures… and i’ve had “friends” that would make jealous comments and then copy everything i do… one girl literally said she was “jealous” of me to my face and then proceeded to act really shady with me afterwards… creepy.

That is so true I believe that you want to show Who You Are not who that other person is and I always say that if God made the universe the moon and the stars then imagine all of the gifts that he gave you that you haven't even tapped into yet and I always tell my children that that is the goal to see how many gifts we can pull out and give back to God to do the best we can to the highest of our abilities to show God how much we appreciate the gifts that he gave to us to help this planet to keep it high vibration and well just out of love
