Adidas Predator Elite cracked!
Unfortunately the new Adidas Predator Elites have been cracking through the sole plate. From what I’ve seen, wearing them on an AG pitch as FG boots has been the common denominator. So, if you're looking to buy the Predator Elites be cautious of wearing them on AG surfaces!

Thank you for addressing this issue. I saw many reviews speaking about this problem, I was about to get a pair like yours but now I'm going for the AG in the Solar Energy pack. However, are you sure it is your soleplate that is cracking and not the finish on it? I saw that in some cases it is actually the layer of glittery finish they applied on the sole is what's cracking and not the outsole itself.

I think in my case it may be the layer of the glittery finish but i’ve seen other soleplates where it’s literally cracks open.

@@themanmiles95 yes I did, they're solid. I've been using them for the past month and they're pretty good. The soleplate feels slighty thicker underfoot and makes the boots feel a bit heavier. However, none of that is really noticeable, I'm happy with them.

bro adidas literally said its they should crack, cuz it aint the soleplate, its that the flashy colours are under a glossy mayerual, that should peel off

The coating is wearing off, it’s not actually cracking or breaking. The pic you showed is an actual flawed pair and sadly needs to be replaced!

That’s not cracking that’s the coating coming off as the tag suggests bro if it splits it splits I have some tiempo 10s in orange with the similar finish on the sole plate and it’s the same

I’ve looked at the soleplate again and it looks like cracks I didn’t know it was the coating though

@@jose_palafox I have the same boots and same thing looks like cracks but it’s just the shiny coating coming off as I said on my tiempo 10s it’s the same man, no doubt people boots are proper cracking but mine and by the looks of yours we are sweet

Mine are doing the same where the coating is coming off and it looked like it cracked. Same area as well.

Hey man ! I have the soft ground boot and I have literally used them twice on grass and they have cracking on the sole plate so disappointing from Adidas . I wonder if Adidas will replace the boots or if the issue is world wide which it seems to be they should recall defective boots given how much they cost . Am so disappointed love these boots .

Hey! The cracking might be the polish finish on the soleplate but i’d recommed trying to get your warranty on them if you don’t like them!

I have the white preds used them on Astro twice and one of the moulds snapped off I took it back to Adidas and they gave me a new pair and she said it’s faulty that’s why
