Gorgeous floor and nice to see carpet to quiet sound. Real fireplace, nice! Beautiful kitchen!Built in hutch in kitchen for crystal, China. All compact so you’re not doing race between appliances. Need a place for a freezer. A fake fireplace is a waste, House doesn’t need a duplicate.

Beautiful outside. Nice dining room. Great living room. I would prefer more cabinets rather than a small office area. Great island but w/o prep sink. Prefer traditional size sink, under mount. Nice laundry room. Not too big. Great master bedroom and bathroom. Great home. You did good. Thank you for the tour.

Those are gorgeous bedroom doors. Get rid of barn doors. Totally elegant, tasteful, gorgeous house you folks spoil with hayseed barn doors. Better off with no doors, after all, it’s a hallway. Pleased to see something than gray walls. Paint complements the wood use. Gorgeous home. Add a wrap around porch!

Really beautiful home! It's just the right size too. I personally prefer a wood burning FP with a gas starter. And I wasn't very sure about the Master bedroom FP. Not because of what it is, as much as how far it stuck out into the room. The finishes in the home are beautiful! 😍

I reached out to one of the sales agents to get a ballpark price and I was inundated with phone calls and emails. Ridiculous. I never could get an actual price. I said, is the price a secret? Still no price!! If the base price is out of my budget, no hard sell by these agents will change that. You should tell them to give a base price!

🙁 Sylvia I always try to get prices but at the end of the day I have to respect the wishes of the builders in order to continue sharing homes. I know prices constantly change so I understand their reasoning but I also agree a base price would let you know if it’s within someone’s budget.

I like everything except the living room fireplace, I prefer electric and the stove, I prefer flat top electric. The master closet is a bit under done, but is just a closet.

Liked the house. The pull outs in the kitchen are great to have. I even like the electric fireplace in the bedroom. Don’t like coming into the dining room. The window in the bathrooms will give the neighbors a good look. The master tub is nice. Would have liked to see how the windows worked. Good tour.

I would not want the linen clothes in the bathrooms, no arch over the shower, and HELL NO to the shower door in the main bathroom. I would want the backsplash to be either marble or white tiles, and all the wood in the home to be white. The dining room would have to be made into an office.

Beautiful Exterior but it STOPS at the door for me🙂 Dining room Entry Not! OPEN PLAN TOO open. Too many wooden brown cabinests felt like I was in a cabinet store. GREAT windows. Definitely Didn't Crush it for me

The entertainment built in is an issue for me because of our tv size. Love the kitchen, but the stove is small. I need a griddle space it makes it easier for my family. I did wish it was a 4 bedroom though as I need an office.
