You have given me the motivation to make videos like this, because I like you can't wait and open packs right a way. The pressure of the unknown is to much ^^'' The other thing, your card shop has a good intentions and I think its a good idea, but what I think is going to happen soon, because of the recent mad rush of Prismatic, is shops are going to put them behind a glass case and the only way you would be able to get cards now would be to call on someone to open the case.

Naw fam, if they are opening a sealed product to cut the corners of the packs that isn't cool. scalpers suck, but some people want the fun and mystery of every step of opening something, or saving it for a collection.

It’s absolutely a good idea. If you wanna open it then you get for retail, if you wanna keep it sealed you have no issues with paying market because it doesn’t matter then, right? A lot of shops are going to adopt the idea of taking the seal off of it (The Japanese Pokemon Center stores do this and they have NO complaints.), this is what happens when people are just greedy taking products that were intended for children. 🤷

@@xkaii8617 no they wont. just cause japan does it doesnt mean anything. ppl will eventually refuse to buy a preopened product as its an easy way to get ripped off or scammed. i know for a fact ill never buy anything thats even remotely close to being opened. but then again i know places that even say they wont ever adopt that rule no matter what so i can atleast get my stuff when needed. it doesnt stop scalpers so its literally nothing but a scam. fyi no pokemon isnt made for children. otherwise it wouldnt have an E rating not to mention the company themselves has said no it was not based for children as it was made for everyone to enjoy. ALL anime is made for all ages, and anything tied to it is the same. seeing as pokemon anime is for everyone, that also means the cards are the same. ppl always thing its for kids but its not. its just more kid friendly than others is all but not made for just kids. and yes creator has confirmed this years and years ago. probably about 10 years ago or more by now.

If it were for MSRP, I would let a store cut the box and snip the packs. I would rather pay MSRP then 2x-3x to scalpers.

Yeah I believe they were selling these for MSRP. Still have mixed feelings on the cutting but definitely like getting them at regular prices

yeah im never buying something that someone else preopened. idc if they do it in front of me or not. no one opens my stuff before me. cutting pack corners and taking plastic wrap off=opened to me and ill never accept that rip off scam. ill just go elsewhere to buy it sealed. not getting ripped off like this and anyone that did, i feel sorry for ya.
