I don't know how any of that works, but are you able to contest their claims? I would think there is some kind of written contract between content creators, etc, and KZbin and that YT would have to PROVE their claims and justify their actions. It shouldn't be a their-word-against-yours situation. I've seen other KZbinrs announce such problems and explain what is happening, but never a follow-up that describes the process they went through and what the resolution was. I'm truly sorry to hear that you're having to go through this; yours is one of my favorite reaction channels, because you steer clear of slanting everything toward your bias in groups. To me, that means I get to see an honest, unbiased opinion of the videos you react to. Hope you can get this resolved to your satisfaction ASAP! Thanks!

I tried to appeal it the other night and they denied the appeal. I have to wait until 12/18/23 to make another appeal and they will over look the channel again.

@@OfficialDrizzyTayy The appeal goes to KZbin, then? And they get to decide the timeline? If so, I assume it's written into the contract that way but, if it is, that sounds like they've had it created so they hold all the cards. That isn't very mutually beneficial and, since you're helping bring traffic to KZbin, not fair treatment for the service you provide them. One of the other KZbinrs who had a VERY similar problem, someone who had always seemed to be pretty laid-back, posted an explanation message to subscribers that got pretty heated and, if I remember correctly, he mentioned that he was moving to a different platform. I didn't realize there were alternatives to KZbin and (unfortunately) I didn't make note of the platform name. If there ARE other places, I'm more-than-ready to make the change. I've been trying to block some of the advertisements (ONLY the ones that are blatantly-obviously peddling fake cure-alls) and they tell me I shouldn't see them again... BUT that I may see other ads from the same companies! To top that off, I STILL see some of the same bogus ads! If they aren't going to stick to their word, I don't want to spend my time with them. Maybe I should start doing some research to see what else is out there. Good luck with your appeal! I'll keep my fingers crossed that there is some recourse for you in civil court; these megalomaniacal social media companies need to be reined in, one way or another.
