I know that he is of the Monkey family, but man, when Dragon meets Bonney in the story, he better apologize to her profusely. Head slammed straight into the ground, bawling his eyes out, begging for forgiveness for what he allowed to happen to her and her family. “You won’t regret joining the Revolution” he says, splits Ginny and Kuma apart, allows Ginny to get captured by the Celestial Dragon, sits and does nothing for two years, as she gets a baby forced into her and then she dies in order to get her to safety, dying in the arms of the man she loved.

Just here to say sense there’s no anime reviews that congratulations on 1084 in the anime. Carrot officially got an animated goodbye scene with the straw hats she sailed with during WCI. It’s been 8 long years sense she appeared in the manga. And now she finally got a proper goodbye scene. It was honestly poetic and well done from the toei animation staff. Answers are finally found and now closure can come at long last. It was a hard fought one boys but GG. Tie a nice ribbon on the top of it and call it a night. Shut off all the lights and time to close up shop on this. Close the page in this book at long last and let it fade into the past. Pedro’s will came full circle and your favorite little rabbit is where she’s was always meant to be. Like it was always meant to be. God bless oda and god bless the anime team. Ginny was raised as a slave from like, the age of 5. Proceeded to escape by a miracle, falls in love with Kuma and even wants to marry him, after only a few years of being free, gets Kidnapped and was forced onto by a celestial dragon, and contracts a Terminal illness that not only kills her, but also spreads to her child. Oda felt like making the worst life possible for someone this season it seems

Damn, this chapter was just depressing. I did not believe that Oda would go This dark with the story, yet here we are. Phenomenal chapter, but man does it leave you feeling sad and empty.

Man, I knew it was coming. I don't usually look, but I saw the spoilers this week. And man I feel so bad for Ginny. I really hope my expectation of Kuma coming into Egghead, probably in chapter 1,100, to land the mother of all Haki blasts in Saturn's face, comes true. I really didn't expect the rape story. It was certainly a realistic thing to do, but it's not exactly a common thing for OP to do. Especially not as clearly spelled out like this. I still think that Bonney joins the Revolutionary Army. It just feels so perfect to me. Egghead has been killer. Just absolutely insane.

Uta may have died in the movie, but seeing as the events in the movie are not Canon, we don’t know if she is dead or alive.

So, I'm not sure what to make of the timelines in this one. Even if you argue that the chapter is riddled with typos/mistakes, the main timeline (along with various panels) depict Bonney as being no older than twelve in the present. But that's not in-line with what her Vivre Card says. I'm trying to not jump to conclusions here, but it does kinda feel like Oda retroactively de-aged her. Which will be hilarious for me, and unfortunate for all of Bonney's more... 'hardened support'. Not throwing shade at any one person. I also don't blame people for not being one hundred percent on this. Furthermore... actually, I am just going to stop there. I really appreciate Oda's writing, though. Could use more rabbits. Everything could, really... still, I appreciate the fact that he gave us not one, but *two* Jesus characters in this one manga. As soon as I saw Kuma literally take on the pain of other people, everything instantly snapped into place. That dark, curly hair of his was also a nice touch.
