He described the concept of this MV as the mad king is his past self that was greedy and selfish while the peasant version of him is his present day self that is more humble and grateful. There’s actually a ton of cultural references in the lyrics and the MV itself too. If you’re really into the song, there was a video analysis on Daechwita and the meaning behind the song + MV. It gives you a whole new perspective on his lyricism as an artist and as an overall person. Nice reaction, I hope you get more into BTS. BTS multi talented group.Best in the world. 3 rappers 4 vocalists. Amazing dancers. All 7 are talented individuals but as a group, outstanding. They were not given the start that other kpop groups had , with the help of army they clawed their way from the bottom and were nobody's who became legends. Suga has gone through so much and used to write songs to sell and would get ripped off. He had no money and would have to chose between eating or getting the bus home. I admire him. He was knocked of his bike and had his shoulder smashed but still performed with BTS even though he was in incredible pain. His name Suga is taken from his favourite position in basketball Shooting Guard. Agust D is his name backwards the D stands for Degu his home town. One thing to point out you may think you hear the n word but it is not what you think it's actually Negga the Korean word for you. I hope you learn to love BTS as they are so talented and humble. Their messages of self love abx their kindness is amazing. I'm UK over 50's ARMY and I can't express enough how much I admire and respect them. Army are all ages there are army over 80, all races, nationalities, genders and BTS welcome all.
