What a busy weekend filled with 2 horse shows,
We went off with Lewis and Gambler to Stoneleigh for the SEIB search for a star qualifier, which they only went and won which qualifies them for Your Horse Live show held in November

Here I share my journey from a complete novice horse rider to now competing at horse of the year (HOYS) shows whilst being a completely self-taught equestrian.

I compete my 4 Welsh section D cobs regularly in both in hand and ridden showing, from local level shows, affiliated, WPCS, RIHS, to HOYS qualifiers,
Willow - 11yr old Welsh section D - Sooty palomino
Gambler - 9yr old Welsh section D - Black roan
Champ - 7yr old Welsh section D - Buckskin
Donut - 2yr old Welsh section D - Chestnut roan
I am a completely self-taught horse rider who has a big dream to compete at HOYS, why not follow my journey to see if we can make it,

It's a shame there's no indoor areaner at stoneleigh park. I remember the day's when there was an indoor areaner. It's such a shame its gone . I addmer Lowe's for all he does. @@KarenBadrick1 Hey Karen and Lewis hope yous had a good weekend, you asked to let you know how we got on , Kooley Boy jumped clear twice at 1mtr 40 then 1mtr 45 in the final round , course was fair technical with power fences too , we came 4th out of 43 starters with the top 15 going through to the final round., which gave us a ticket to Hickstead in August+some prize money to. Am so pleased with him bought him as a 3yr old did him myself he's now 7 not done loads of jumping with him as not to spoil/sour him..Took my other horse Brookeland Lady , or Mariah as shes a real diva to her 1st 3* cross country, and decided not to run her the going was heavy wet and slippy which I was told resulted in 3 non injury horse falls and 5 rider falls (all ok) , Anyway I have talked enough lol, look forward to your next show , all the best 💯💯
