The handler's positioning and posture is very sloppy. Also shouldn't be holding the lead rope right at the chin micromanaging the head.

Hey Karen how are you? Haven't seen much of Donut since about Autumn, he really has filled out and shot up , maybe it's because you've allowed him time and not rushed him . Warmbloods too take time to mature , Brooke and Kooley turned 9 a day ago and at times still behaving like four yr olds . Looka like you gonna be busy with 3 to ride ,I'm riding Roo now and I notice the difference having an extra one .. Did you get the biopsy results from Ebbie's sarcoid/ wart ? . Till next time 👍

Young horses vary so much while growing and those that are forced usually have skeletal problems so your slow and steady approach will pay off in time. What is Donut's registered name ?

Your son reminds me of the Kevin and Perry skits...teenagers rarely crack a smile , unless with their mates or school friends. Hormones cause alot of changes in personality for a while. My last child is now 10 and still allows me to hug him , spend time playing ps5 with him, laugh together . Speaks openly. I'm dreading high school, I'm dreading the change in next year or 2. My Christmas was pretty much a non event with sadly losing my big horse on Christmas Eve,but I got a new riding hat, and inspired by you I got a Pivo, so I’m hoping to film my schooling sessions which should be helpful. I don’t tend to get horsy things for xmas or birthdays either as like you, I buy bits and pieces over the year as and when I need them. My bestie got me a brilliant T-shirt that has a cartoon of an Appaloosa on it and says “just a girl who loves her Appaloosa”

I got my horse a new grooming kit, rug, and headcollar for Christmas, then ended up not being able to get to the yard to see him, and no one around to give me a lift! (couldn't have walked, the rug is a 200g turnout with neck, and very bulky and heavy to try carrying that far!) Still the horse doesn't know what Christmas is, so he won't care what day he gets it!

Hello Karen hope you all enjoyed your Christmas,, you are sounding much better hope you've got your mojo back... Christmas Day was like any other for Mark and I but with presents, flat cap, stock boots, waterproof thermal padded jacket , knitted wool jumpers and matching wool sox from my Gran all of which are really useful and appreciated.... Took the horses for a stretchy wali trot and canter, had steak with all the trimmings for dinner absolutely delicious......... We both had wins at the LI and Kooley was 2nd in his jump off so pleased with him as he's a big boy and finds indoors restrictive , the Excell isn't the biggest arena and add in fences makes it look and feel even smaller,, but as I said couldn't be more pleased with him . Lewis is lucky to get a PS5, am waiting for the sale at Amazon so I can update my console .... Are you looking forward to 2025:when your ridden comps start I wish you success and you've got two amazing horses who've achieved a lot,,, GO KAREN,,,,, till next time 👍

I got my first Ariat base layer, Will be happy for that in the summer, Lots of SPF on my arms though 😂. Another Lemieux base layer (with a snood part connected as well). Of course I got some other things but I don’t need to share those things.

Ebbie looked so amazing in her head coler and rug . I made jam's and pickles and git them to friends and family .or some time if I'm not shore I do a goody bag of nice thing's . Most people I give them to love it . I had a paper wate with a horse skeched in it and a hot drinks cup with a horse on .
