So good to see you Omar. Its been awhile. My life has changed alot since loosing my Daughter in August.. Raising my grandsons. Had to go to work. So i get behind on videos...The house will look amazing...Its expensive to have cars fixed. People need to pay for the damage when they do hit your car...God bless you my friend ❤😘 FYI..Insurance companies used to go after the person. Especially with all the proof you have..

I once accidentally did this to someone’s car so I left my details on a piece of paper under the windscreen wiper. The lady phoned me that evening to say that she was so grateful that I had been so honest. She said not to worry about the scratches as her car already had lots of bumps and scratches on it. It is so much better to be honest. I’ve had it done to my car and been so upset that people haven’t had the decency to be honest ❤️X

A tip from a neighbor that used to paint professionally is to mix vanilla into your paint to help with the paint fumes. Even though vanilla is very dark it does not mess with the color of the paint at all.

I had this happen to me in a parking lot when I was inside my vehicle filling out a card for a graduation party. The person hit my car with their door and left scratches and a dent and when I informed them that they hit my car cuz they ignored it, the guy just insulted my car. I recorded them trying to leave and was going to file a report for a hit and run, but they became confrontational but finally apologized. I was running late for a graduation party and chose to brush it off, but I still regret it to this day. There is a difference between complete disregard vs an honest oops moment. Unfortunately, people will keep doing this to others without a care in the world till there is a true consequence. I don't think your over reacting.

I can relate Omar. I bought a new car drove it off the lot & went to work. While at work someone it my car & the police said there was nothing they could do cuz there were no cameras or witnesses. My heart was broke. Thank you so much for the awesome video. Much love & God bless.

My son was working for a detailing company and ended up scratching a rim on a Tesla on a curb. He called me right away and asked me if he should tell his boss. I started laughing out loud and told him he had no choice. Are you sure dad? Lol. When I told him the whole thing had been recorded he was shocked. And of course I told him no matter what always tell the truth but he got to learn a little about accountability in the digital world. lol.

The problem with clearance paint is sometimes people have filled it with water after using most of it. Worse is sometimes they add like milk so it has more paint consistency.

Unfortunately it's probably best to make the report. Given that the gentleman is older, his insurance may want to push the issue of having him medically cleared to continue driving before someone gets hurt

Hi Omar, I am an Insurance agent in CA. Not sure how Florida deals with this accident but in CA his insurance sold cover the damages. And if he is found at fault which you can clearly see on the video, the deductible will be reimbursed. Send the video to your Insurance and let them deal with it.

Hi Omar. He knew what he was doing. I would pin him with the consequences and not let him get away with it. Somebody ran into my vehicle and they thought they would get away with it. Light scratches can be buffet out with a rubbing compound. Deeper scratches will need to be dealt with professionally

You're talking about clearance paint you can also have those paints retented for a small fee so if the color is in the same range as what you want or could be mixed up to the color that you want you can have that done Add a reduced price too so don't always skip on those colors just because they're not what you want even if you have a particular color of mind because you could use them as a mixed base for the same colors you already wanted

I had had my car not even a month...it wasn't new but it was beautiful and new to me. My stepson loaded up in the passenger seat and the door was over the curb. I worked for DMV years ago and insurance companies have accounts with DMV to run license plates. Not sure all states have the same rules, but I'm pretty sure they can and will get his information

Definitely he is reliable for your damages Omar, the same thing happened to my husband but he didn't have a camera in his car, so we had no idea who damaged his car. He had to pay a lot to get to get it fixed. We are insured but we had to pay the excess amount. So do the right thing my friend Take care xo

It’s not just a car. It’s something you paid for that someone else damaged. I’ve caught people doing that in parking lots to cars…some were rough, inexpensive little cars….some were nicer. I made the people wait for the owner and said I would call the police if they didn’t. People trashing my car makes me so angry. I work hard to have it and to keep it nice.
