I also want. and I think they'd love to but it's quite hard. Singapore is so small, I bet the pool of people who auditioned is also v small. And generally it'll be people who actually would get something out of it that will risk putting themselves out there. so it'll be those that do sales, marketing (includes influencer), etc. then they also want to select people that are a bit more good looking, because sex sells. so the pool becomes even smaller. I think what they can do better for season 2 is to shake up the commentators. that one has room for improvement that is quite easy to fix.

In ep 1 or 2, I saw a “detective Sherlock” comment claiming that kasey seems to be left out of the girls clique, they comment on each other’s photos but not kasey’s. The comment was downvoted to bits due to her “conspiracy theory”. Fast forward a few episodes and I see with my own eyes what unfolded, and it’s also quite clear Kasey isn’t the same as the rest of the girls (-Roz). She’s not nasty and she’s respectful! I’ve also been seeing their IG stories - the 4 girls have FaceTiming each other without Kasey, and Kasey hanging out with the guys very often. Think this defjnitely shows the 2 groups of friends that resulted in the end - problematic vs unproblematic people Edit: wow this thread blew up. My stand is that we didn’t see the footage of Kasey claiming that she’s sam’s number 1 pick. I won’t believe blindly until I see the evidence. esp since the claims came from dania and atiqah who we know are not the most reliable. Plus we know Kasey isn’t v close to the other girls bc she stays away from drama, so it’s possible that words were taken out of context. I rly doubt Kasey would be stupid and go all like “oh you know I’m sam’s fav now”

This one week love is more entertaining than any other English Mediacorp show. The singles in this show all have charisma and they are also hilarious at times. The camaraderie among them is nice. They are also authentic in what they say. Authentic, humorous and camaraderie -make this season 1 nice! Can these same singles continue to be in season 2? The chemistry and bond among them is so nice to see. :) I also like the 4 commentators too! They make me laugh with their hilarious and spot on comments! :)

bit harsh but true. but consider that if he weren't good looking, he would have been forced to have a better personality. that's why usually good looking people are lacking in the personality aspect, unless they're like ugly duckling or something. for me my issue is that he gives off fkboy vibes. being quiet and shy, in the context of a tv show, could be that he's being image conscious/image crafting. which you do see signs of. so hard to tell.

think the show doesn't really show much of his personality other than his scenes with Dione, if u watch Sam's reaction videos he mentions that Oliver is actually q goofy so maybe it's j the way that the show is edited to show his persona, we won't know for sure
