And the comment Rae made about not confusing it with 396 is because (officially speaking) SCP 2950 is a safe class SCP that takes the form of a steel folding chair with the only anomalous property being that it is exceptionally comfortable, and SCP 396 is a Keter class SCP that takes the form of steel folding chair that randomly switches it's position with another chair somewhere else in the world. Oddly, because SCP 2950 isn't actually a real chair, SCP 396 probably can't switch with it. As such, there is no actual reason to tell people to know the difference between them because it would be impossible for SCP 396 to break SCP 2950 out of containment.

Wow, holy shit! I was not expecting this quality of a game whatsoever! The way the devs seamlessly incorporated existing SCPs into one cohesive storyline is absolutely amazing. Of course, gameplay-wise, there are some little bits that come across as wonky, but overall the experience and all the puzzles just seem so intentional and distinctly unique. This was a beautiful game to watch you play, Insym! It's one thing to play SCP games as regular D-Class or bystanders who get roped into encounters with SCPs, but I just *adore* the way this game makes a whole plot out of it. Plus, the voice actors went so hard! Kudos to them! Showing how these SCPs can coexist, interact, like Frank or the Gamebear Advice really breathes new life and adds such a refreshing take to how SCP games can work. Really looking forward to the devs making more stories within this universe they've built, potentially a sequel. Would love to see more of Annie, John, and Rae! (Annie/Rae romance when?)

I would rather devs take longer to make their games and have it come out in perfect playable condition. I hate the way games are slapped together nowadays and then they have to patch and patch and patch. This game was amazing! They did a wonderful job! I hope they make more in the future. Whether it be a sequel or something else that takes place in the same world(s). Thanks for the full gameplay, very entertaining! And while it was a lot to read, I appreciate you reading all the lore 😊

The book is about a dark magical house that warps and contorts everything inside of it and leads to anomolous worlds. The words in the book are printed in all sorts of weird ways like in a spiral on one page, then in a box shape the next. Like the title of this game. Highly recommend that book!

TBH I dunno why are you celebrating this. I follow Insym and I like his streams but I need to recognize, when it comes to games like this, where the most important part is the story and the narrative, there is no reason to buy the game after you watched someone else playing it. IMHO he should wait at least one week. But I dont think devs actually gets something from quick uploads.

I think my favourite thing about watching this vod watching you play this one was it was just very keep you on the edge of your seat, wanting to watch and play more and even though you find out at the end, you kind of discover that your character can go between worlds the beginning and that’s what her SEP ability wasI liked that everything comes together at the end like that great game.

SCP games have always been a favorite of mine. If i was inclined to develop a game, i knew it'd always be SCP inspired. My favorite SCP I've come across on the website so far is SCP-093. I like how ominous and detailed it seems to be. I'll have to read up on some more in my spare time. Thanks for playing this game. It brought back a lot of fond memories for me.

Also, to help with the box thing with the object class thing Safe: It wants to stay in the box and doesn't want to leave the box (Scp-999) Euclid: It doesn't want to be in the box, but can only leave with help(SCP-173) Keter: It DEFINITELY does not want to be in the box, and will try at any time to LEAVE THE BOX.(SCP-096) Thaumial: It wants to help keep other objects within the box and will try at any point with help to keep them in the box (The Eye Pods is a good example of this) Apollyon: You can't put it in the box, no matter what you do. 096 is an Euclid SCP. It can only escape it if its face gets seen by people OR if the doors are open. So.. Just use 106 as an example. Not 096.

More accurately: Primary classes Safe: You can put it in an unlocked box and it will stay there. It won't try to leave, and no one who is supposed to be in the facility is likely to remove it. Euclid: You can put it in a locked box and mostly forget about it. It can't escape on it's own, so no active measures need to be taken. Keter: It is constantly trying to escape the box and passive containment measures do not work. You must use active containment or else it will escape. Secondary classes. Thaumial: The object is used in the containment of another SCP and/or non-anomlous threats to humanity. Apollyon: The object cannot be properly contained and poses significant threat to humanity as a whole. Archon: The object could be contained, but for one reason or another shouldn't be. Ticonderoga: The object cannot be contained, but also does not need to be.

No. Not really, it's nonbenevolent, it doesn't care about a single thing, and even then it can act as a thaumial for alot of other things, yet it also can leave the facility or other things as it so pleases

Great game overall. I loved the vibes and the story and I always saw the foundation as the bad guys so I'm glad they took this game in that direction. My only gripe would be the build up to the ending having so many puzzles and no action at all. I think with a bit of action thrown in it would have been so much better.

If you haven’t played control I highly recommend it for someone who digs the scp foundation stuff…they don’t explicitly state it has any relation to the scp foundation in any way….but it’s obvious the creators are fans of it, and they openly admit the inspiration. Basically it’s different only in name. But the games combat is way better than any scp related/inspired game I’ve seen. 3rd person cover shooting w special powers obtained by containing anomalous stuff that’s gotten free (breached?😂). Great story as well!

Personally, the idea of a replica division doesn't really make sense to me. I don't think you can replicate something without understanding it, and if you understand something, then by definition, it's not an SCP. Also, casual reminder that there is no SCP canon :)

Insym unless they reworked the lore and all I thought the ratings were based off of how much they knew about the SCPs thus Safe would mean they know about it completely even if it is hard to contain or even deadly

No, it's very much based on containment difficulty. The foundation knows nearly everything about SCP 106, and it's containment procedure reflects that knowledge, but it's still considered Keter because it's containment procedure still requires constant active maintenance. The SCP website recommends the "locked box" test for determining object class. If you can put it in an unlocked box and not expect it to leave, then it is Safe. If you need to lock the box, but that's it, then it's Euclid. If need to actively hold the box shut, then it's Keter.
