Loppy is correct, this character has not improved. The counters does as much as one fourth m1, it doesnt combo start. Its useless. The second part is just as hard to hit as first move, but it doesnt combo after seimsic sense. Rupture is a good damaging move, but ends your combo. Seismic sense is the only good moves cause of s and easy usability
