i went to trader joe’s for the very first time last weekend and it was so fun! the people there are incredibly nice and i looooved some of the foods i’ve tried so far- those turkey stuffing kettle cooked chips are INCREDIBLE! and amazing when you dip them in cranberry sauce lol!

Hey there! The combination of “st” in the beginning of a word in german you pronounce like your “sh” in the word shipping ... you just add the t. And the double “ll” ist pronounced really short. A Stollen is the typical Christmas cake in Germany and we only eat it at Christmas time. You get it everywhere here in lots of combinations, like yours with marzipan, but also almonds, extra butter etc. And depending on where you live the recipe can be different. My family swears that the ones from the city of Dresden are the best!!! Hope you enjoy your 🥧💝

Make sure to drink plenty of water when traveling! I get headaches when I travel because I forget to drink enough (or reduce liquids to avoid bathroom breaks). So I end up getting a little dehydrated, which can lead to headaches. Have fun on your trip!!!!

I love your grocery haul videos! Most of the stuff you show I sadly can't find around here where I live but I did manage to find the fig bars that you buy. Only one store in my area sells them and we can only find the blueberry and raspberry flavors. I tried them with my kids and they have become a staple item in my house. cranberry sauce is also really good on a sandwich with cheese - i'm vegan now but i used to love having it with goat cheese - just a sandwich slice, some butter if you like + some goat cheese and then top it with the cranberry sauce SO GOOD

Our biggest Costco (any grocery shopping) rule, is to eat before shopping. Hungry tummies means buying way too much “ready to eat” food, that has to be eaten within 2 days (baked goods), way more than can be eaten in that time lol.

I don't have room to store a lot of decorations, I live in a small apartment, my favorite is a snow globe with the wise men and Jesus.
