The furnace is pretty easy to get going. It's likely a dometic brand. Find the maker or swing by an RV dealer and have the propane system checked first. I highly recommend it! Also a good mod is to relocate the hour counter for the generator outside of the coach. Then you won't hear it clicks when the generator is running. FAM FOR LIFE!

If you go into Wal-Mart pharmacy cleaning cloths. Blue pkg. Cleaning cloths, handicapped stuff. Warm in microwave for a couple of minutes no rinse. Very nice.

You have to light the pilot light underneath the shower or ner there....since you were at walmart, mm if they had an auto department...they could have helped you. Or, google search, youtube, or just call the brand of your van and ask someone, or stop at any RV place on the side of th highway. They would love to help you and show you new models.

Feel ya about the water. Use to be involved in dirt track car racing traveled to many places in a pop up camper and there was many of times that there was not hot water available so the showers where quick only the important parts got washed....lol...thankfully we had an electric heater to warm up by.....lol

For Drinking and washing you should keep a few gallons of water in the camper. You can refill at Walmarts along the way. Get a pail fill it part way with water ,then boil some water in the kettle and add that water to your water in the pail for a nice long bath . Since you have the shower ,you also could set it up and pour the water over your head and body to rinse off after you soap up.
