They have to give their high caliber players time to regroup. It's different when you are at full strength. 10 players injured and Freeman played injured and look what he did. The Yankees had fan help as well in their only win, by Joey Soprano and Vinny Bagadoughnuts. The series is history now. Yanks had many a chance to capitalize. You can't hang an entire series on just one inning when momentum clearly was on one teams side. Mistakes didn't happen in the other games where there was opportunity for the Yanks to do something.

Joez, props to you for putting this up when I know how disappointed you gotta be. I'm not sure I could do this if the Dodgers lost the series. Its hard to stomach this when you know your team gave this one away. I'm just happy we got the short season WS win in 2020 off our back. This will fade by next April and we'll all be back to looking forward to a new season.

Dodge Fan for life here.. I feel bad for the kid crying at the end of the 9th. We put soo much energy and emotions into cheering and supporting your favorite team, and it’s not like football where we play a game a week, we watch baseball 4, 5 times a week. So yea its very emotional when you win and lose. Thank you Yankees for a Great World Series.
