Puma made the King platinum more appealing to the old Puma king buyers, despite already having the King Top for that. At least we could buy the old Platinum for less money now that it’s out a new generation

I love the previous King. One of the sexiest looking boots ever. Also, I liked the thin feel and tight fit and the speed soleplate. A fantastic pair of boots that will be missed by the aficionados.

I was looking forward for this review since I very much like the OG King Platinum. I think I could live with that upper construction but that soleplate...in 2021 that is just lazy. Also the weight is little disapointing. I mean it definitely will not feel heavy but it should not by that much heavier than OG.

On the topic of white...white tube socks? Throw some knee high Pure socks or sleeves on and put some shin pads on too...so we can all visualize what the boots look playing soccer...not tennis.
