It's a very nice house, larger appearing on the inside than out and I'm surprised not to see much of the "fake old" that an 80's home can have. Surprised the basement wasn't finished and really doesn't need to be. My best educated guess is they're moving out very slowly a good distance with a small vehicle and water the plants each time they return lol. Thanks for the tour Greg! Stayin Tuned! 👍🤠 🇺🇸 Notes: 1:41 The first tip that there's a lot left behind, I'd like to have that. 3:40 Near the door and ready to go. "Sony, the one and only." 15:11 I'll agree a dining room but it's missing the expected chandlier. 16:33 Is nice, not formerly a porch converted to one. 17:11 "Air Innovations" humidifier, I found a match on Amazon, $116.99. 24:38 Paused, zoomed and read. 30:44 Hopefully someone was temporarily disabled and didn't want to spend money on a regular potty chair. If not then... 32:07 Jimmy Hendrix, The Cry of Love. (Check reply for a link to a YT playlist) 34:44 Not big enough for distribution amounts so I'll say for personal consumption. Keep in mind they did have a lot of plants in the house so why not.

Hey John! I wasn't sure if you'd like this one, but because it wasn't fake old, it won you over! The outside is big, but yeah, its deceiving compared to how huge it really is inside. The basement was an odd space, it could have been incredible.. But it wasn't lol. I'm not sure if people actually watered those plants or not, but I can tell you soon after we were there that place got fenced off, so it would have become much more difficult to do so lol.. Thanks for your awesome notes, I pinned a couple days ago for everybody to enjoy.. Sorry about the slow reply!

I loved this house. It was a never ending explore of interesting rooms. That wicker chair, sitting in the shower with the hole in it, I’m pretty sure was a home made shower chair for an elderly person.

Hey Karen!! I'm so happy to hear that you loved this place. It was a good one to do and I really enjoyed it too. It really was a endless Explore of rooms wasn't it?? That could be a shower chair I guess. I thought it was more fun to say it was for fun games lol Thanks as always Karen!!

That table is Post-Modern based on Karl Springer's design work [interesting they had several tables with that styling]. The plants could be drawing the moisture out of the air, which may be why you're not seeing water damage. Yeah, don't dig through that box you might grab some dirty undies lol. They left a lot of stuff, they must have been paid well. It's a garden tub. I like those tiles LOL. My mother had a fridge similar to that one. Always Christmas stuff! The Kenwood was mid to late 90's My mother had the armless version of those dinning chairs in the basement. Cool explore, keep orange crushing it, Greg!
@UncappedFilms12 күн бұрын
Tommy!! see i knew you'd know something about the tables. That is a point about plants, since they can feed that way, maybe thats why they were able to hang on so long.. I DONT want to touch anybodys undies! lol. Yeah they were paid to go, FAST.. Thanks for commenting on this Tommy, we missed you thursday! glad you could provide info on the tables!

Hey Grouchyfish!! thanks for being there with us as always.. That sunroom was incredible, the amount of natural light this house could see had to been stunning on some days.. Even a nice starry evening would have been amazing in that house. LOL that sunroom would have been good for it, but the smell would be out of control, thats why! I'm glad you guys enjoyed it, I'm honored to bring you along each week!

What a huge house! Those holes behind the fridge and into the laundry room were likely for the ease of repairing the fridge. Having access to the rear sure is much lighter than having to haul out a huge appliance.

Hey Lynn!! It was a massive place, deceivingly large compared to the impression outside gives when you walk around. I wonder if thats why they ripped out the walls? Maybe! Guess we will never know now!! thank you for commenting, it's always awesome to hear from you or see you in the chats!

Uncapped!! Very nice home (well some, not so nice😂). It really did have everything for that green thumb type of connoisseur😂(flowers, grow room, what more could you want?!) Bathrooms galore, including the portable potty/wicker chair that I wouldn't want to accidentally sit on, after a night out😮 I really loved the entertaining kitchen tho. I love when they're made to interact with guests, while doing your thing at the stove Nice yard too! Oh, if it's still there, can you please grab my ladder I'd accidentally left? That'd be great😂 This was a great find though! 👍 Great turnout tonight with such a great gang 😊 Keep on keepin on! You rock 🤘🦅

I'm behind on videos right now, it's been one of those weeks that's turned into two of those weeks! The basement was a flashback to my mother in laws old house. Just stacks of stuff all over with no real rhyme or reason and a gorgeous wood burning fireplace that was never used because they never got around to finishing the basement as planned and then it filled up with stuff! I wonder if maybe the kids or grandkids are using the house after the older person moved out to store stuff and do their gardening? I did think the sun room was very pretty. I bet it was a gorgeous kitchen back in its prime. Still watching the blooper video in bits and pieces and looking forward to getting to finish that soon, too! Thanks for another great look around!
@UncappedFilms11 күн бұрын
Hey Michelle!! it's ok, that just means you have more content for down time, haha.. But I hope things are going a little easier for you now! The basement in this place is weird, I'd never seen anything like it before.. I think it would drive me crazy if that was my house haha.. That's actually a shame your mother in law never used the wood burning fireplace because the basement became a storage unit.. People do funny things eh? I dont think anybody was using this place, as far as I know developers bought it, fences went up soon after we were there and it was getting prepared to be demolished a month ago or so.. The sunroom was incredible, i love how it tied into the kitchen. I hope you have enjoyed what you 've seen from the blooper video, i'll look forward to your comment there!! have a great day!

@UncappedFilms11 күн бұрын
Hey Glenys! Definitely a gorgeous place, even now! The natural light is such a great thing, and that room was stunning... That's a possible theory as to what happened, I don't know the actual story of the owners here.... The mirrored walls might have been a north american thing, I've seen a few abandoned homes with mirrored walls now.. usually its to give an illusion of size. this place was deceivingly large inside vs the walkaround.. thank you as always for being there, we'll see you Thursday!!

Without heat, you would get condensation at least enough to keep some plants alive. I don't know where this house is but it is green outside so I assume there is a lot of humidity and plants can survive on humidity. My guess they went to jail and the family had to move on. My guess it cost too much to stay.
@UncappedFilms11 күн бұрын
Hey Marcie! yeah without heat/cooling and air exchange, moisture is inevitable, and perhaps that is enough to keep some plants alive.. That would explain why some were dying/dead and others did a little better. This house is in Ontario, I actually filmed this June 1.. I'm not sure this place is standing anymore, it was close to being torn down last I drove by. Thank you so much for watching and commenting, sorry I took a few days to reply!

@UncappedFilms13 күн бұрын
Hey Matt! Yeah it definitely is decaying and falling apart rapidly. That's a sign that the house has been not cared for for a while. I've always referred to the second floor as the second floor and the ground floor is the first floor lol. Maybe I'm weird?? This place was absolutely massive. Hi,I love your channel and have watched for many months but unfortunately I cannot subscribe, I think its a KZbin problem. IF I subscribe I get notified when a new video is posted but when I go to your channel I find I cannot watch it as its a premier or members only and have to wait days before I can watch, this is very irritating, I only want to be notified when I can watch it. So I have had to put your channel in my browser favourites so I can just check weekly to see if there is a video to watch. I have searched KZbin to see if this can be changed without success. So very sorry at the moment I cannot subscribe, but rest assured your videos will continue to be watched, great channel.
