The lighting and smoke in the air were wonderful but way over the top as far as realism. Loved the way the windows in the Dr set were lit and dressed with the individual key lights on the talent.

IED is not a meme. It's real and those that suffer from it, it is a nightmare. The most minor social infraction can trigger a rage that is over exaggerated for the infraction. It is terrifying and incredibly taxing emotionally. I know this because I suffer from it. Few psychologist will actually diagnose this, because it's easier to diagnose other disorders than to take the time to treat this issue. Uncontrollable rage is scary.
