This happened vs United aswell. Palmer had the ball on the spot and Madueke was trying to talk him out of it. Pochettino definitely saw it then too. He should have sorted it out then.It's indicative of the lack of organisation in the team and the club. The reality is this is indicative of a bigger problem, players who are immature do not know their role and place and require veteran leadership - so far off from the John Terry days -Also shows they do not fear the manager - some of these players need to be sold on.
