Some tips: First, she's too young for solid food, she needs cat milk replacer fed by syringe. Second, put down the camera when bathing, that's a very stressful time for a cat, and don't use a hair dryer! You can burn or shock her and it's too loud! Three, it's not about loving you or wanting to play with you, it's about her scared to death after her ordeal. She needs food and to be left alone in a quiet cozy spot. Give her time to settle in. You're on the right track with cat care with your big heart, now you can learn for the next time. I saw a newer vid of her with the chick and she seems to be doing much better. This video was hard to watch. Kitten screaming to get out of box and it took forever to open the box....they dont own a scissor to cut the tape ? That cat food looked like dog food. The pieces were bigger than the kitten's head , do these people have brains or not ? Go out and buy proper kitten food. The kitten was held up by one hand way too many times instead of using two hands. You are right about the noise and heat from dryer, moderation needed. So sad when kitten was hugging bigger kitten for companionship. That screaming child probably also frightened the kitten. So annoying. This kitten too young to be playing with toys and giant balloons, another poor judgment of these people. Why was kitten not taken to vet, it looked malnourished and probably had worms. How can people that already own cats show such stupidity is beyond belief to me. If this kitten survives, I will be shocked.....

Poor little guy, the way he tried to warm up an cuddle with that bigger kitten... Please take him to the vet, he might have wound on his face (no wonder since he spent time on the street, possibly without his mom) We once adopted from the street similar kitten - we were as gentle with her as possible, took her to the vet and tendered to her needs, now she is so loving, all she knows is kindness and gentlness... How would you feel if your past owner taped you into a box ? With no food or water, then is taken out given a bath.. That most cats are scared of. You did a good thing taking her home. She wasn't scare of you until you scared her with her bathe and then you blow dried her. And the way you held her. After that you tried to force her to eat solid food when she should be eating soft food. You could have rubbed her gently. A kitten need that affection. Well not just kittens. But the fact she no longer have it from her mom, you have to give it to her. It wasn't that she didn't love you. When you let her out the box, I could tell she was grateful and trusted you. Thank God this beautiful, helpless kitten was saved. I hope you kept her, and her sores near her nose has healed. Did you bring her to a Vet? Good idea to get checked-out. Rescuing a cat is not about "loving you" especially immediately. You cannot expect a cat to love you when they are terrified and hungry. It takes a little time, and I am sure this kitten will learn to trust and love. Clearly, this kitten has been traumatized, and for some kittens the emotional scars remain. The person or really evil subhuman to tape=up a baby kitten in a box is so hard to understand. I hope this person's days on the Earth is limited, and lives in a burning hell forever. people that abuse and murder innocent animals and human babies are truly evil, and there's no excuse.

She needed the cuddle. Even human touch (well we know can do wonders) but she was so willing to have the other kitten. She is very young. Like she was in the weaning process. Whoever took her away from her mother did it asap without care!

Боюсь за этого котика - мало взять к себе бедняжку, надо уметь ухаживать и чувствовать чем ему помочь. Котёнку явно холодно, а еда должна быть на меру его возраста и возможности,... а они ему корм размером для взрослого кота и заставляют играть измождённого, ослабленного, мокрого, дрожащего. It always amazes me how quickly a rescue will light up as soon as they see another like it, and vice versa. When my family adopted a rescue dog our other dog -who was very picky about her company- was smitten almost immediately with him and was running up and down the stairs excitedly to show him stairs weren’t scary. I’m glad to see it carries over to cats as well. The little one climbing onto its newfound friend is heartwarming.

The poor beautiful kitten🐱 is so frightened, in spite of that the person, whatever it is, he or she doesn't put down the camera while washing the little angel. After bath kitten should be given liquid food like cat milk, treat or wet food, as she is not capable to eat solid food.

So unbelievable I think these people actually stage these things and you can tell that they don't care about the animals at all the way that that kitten was being manhandled and the hair dryer and the bathing and the lack of decent food milk in fact I mean what the hell is going on?
