My dentist, who is also my uncle, got crazy angry when I told him I did not want to take his antibiotics for my perionditis. But that I wanted to find another solution. I went home crying from that interaction that day. It was truly terrible how he treated me. Only to completely cure my "very aggresive" (his words) bacteria with tea tree oil and chlorine dioxide. It certainly doesn’t come from eating a bunch of fiber waste that’s irritating and overworking your intestines. Fiber has no purpose in the human diet. It provides no nutrition. He recommended 3 natural remedies & I was able to buy them that afternoon at my local supplement shop... in 36 hours, it was gone! Natural remedies work without side effects, even on dangerous "bugs" like this that can be life-threatening. Same thing with UTIs; not an infection you want to allow to go rampant... a leading cause of death amongst women over 65: sepsis from urinary tract infections. Took a 5 ingredient protocol... it was eradicated in 24 hours. No recurrence. There are "superbugs" now that our immune systems didn't evolve with... those are two that I wasn't about to treat with a "wait-and-see" approach!

If I extend it to 36 hours, I end up with cheese curds! :) Perhaps this happens because I live in Europe, in the land of Bulgarian yogurt, where dairy cultures develop quickly and successfully. I use real, natural buffalo milk from pasture-raised animals, and I get amazing yogurt in a much shorter time. What do I want to say? I have been doing this for a few months now. In the video he says put in 2 table spoon of inulin, but then in the comments he corrects it to 1. When I put in 2, it over fermented, making that separation and curd like stuff. So 1 tbs is enough!! I also found that mixing a little bit of the leftover yogurt with the inulin first, before adding the half and half, helps and it does not clump up when mixing. Without doing that, the inulin can clump up when you add the half and half. Good luck with it!
