I love how Zul'jin is this throwaway one-off hero with mediocre stats that briefly appears in a 10-minute mission in Warcraft 2, yet is beloved by everyone. He is the first "hero" unit we ever see. And he's in mission 2. And we were kids. And we played through that mission half a dozen times, at least. I liked Zul'jin before there was KZbin, and it's awesome to see everyone liked him as well.

That's true. But there's also the fact that WoW TBC expanded on his lore and overall made forest trolls absolute gigachads. I'm so glad they've gotten really crazy models and some light in this campaign.

Utok the Scratcher is the one who "recorded" all the Horde stories from missions in WC2, the Alliance counterpart was Milan the Scribe wo can be seen at 1:06 Pretty good to see them here with a character model.

Make sure you collect all the figurines in the mission with zuluhed, it unlocks a dope secret mission that is not only super esthetic but also important to the story (how dragons - through deathwings machinations - became part of the horde)

yep, though most models by player maps were not *just* for wc3, they were just models also being used inside wc3

@@TheSweetSpirit if you're implying most models used by player maps were ripped from other games you would be wrong, it's the opposite. Unless you mean china's mapmaking community for War3 then sure that place is the wild east. Other than that, most models used in player maps were made for War3.

​@@StormKnight1 I wasn't specific enough, I more meant I feel like a lot of models were made for player content (Not ripped from a game) but end up being used in multiple player projects, or at least multiple wc3 maps. I bet this map's work is mostly original just for this campaign though. Just with small details like a helmet there or mace there being borrowed etc, small stuff any small game dev might do I imagine. Also a lot of my wc3 map experience are from RU and CN maps - so yeah you nailed it on the head there, hehe.

@@TheSweetSpirit oh In that case I see what you mean, models made by people and shared on Hive are universally used by mapmakers abroad, it's kinda how we all roll, there has definitely been project exclusive content made that was shared on Hive, infact CSWs own models are planned to be shared I think. And alot models also came about because of contests.

Hope you downloaded latest version, it fixes game-breaking bug for phase 2 of a boss fight on Lose Isles map. Although, I still found phase 3 impossible to beat on Hard difficulty...

I had a similar problem, my hall didn't appear and character textures weren't loading. I ran the asset installer again chose the delete(or uninstall option don't remember) and then I loaded the assets again. After that I restarted my PC. Worked perfectly after that. Hope it helps you.

I'd love to watch you play the entire campaign... but i hate the way you are playing it to be honest...you are speed playing each mission when they should be slowly enjoyed like a savory steak... you are missing LOTS of items and lore by not fully exploring everywhere and taking your time... this was a love letter to the warcraft fans and you shouldn't (imo) try to speed run it, its not hard. Just enjoy and explore EVERYTHING.
